"Maximum Withdrawal" Intro Game for Raythe Cailean.

The Lotus Bank towered over the other buildings. Its slogan was "we serve everyone", but that was a lie. Those from the poor middle or those from the ghetto were treated like scum in the bank. Even their rich clientel were stolen from in the banks vast electronic superstructure. The manager was a greedy bastard, married 11 times in total, and nearly untouchable.

Raythe viewed the bank from a distance. He had cased the place about a month ago, and had spent that time devising a plan. If he succeeded, he will have done what no one before him had even been close to accomplishing. Breaking a multi-billion dollar bank in the palace district of Pandora, alone, and bringing down Antonio Bonarté.

Raythe casually walked into the bank. The plan was simple, well no, it wasn't, but he had gone over it in his head and practiced what he had to do countless times that it seemed like natural stuff to him. Most people had probably thought about taking down this bank and a few had attempted it, but Bonarté seemed untouchable. Raythe walked towards the back of the bank and started going down a wide hallway. This was where it got tricky, he knew the point where the guard would "escort" you out instead of just asking you to leave, and he was way past that. He heard footsteps. He quickly found a door, he thought he remembered it in the plans. Hopefully it was just a storage room. He tried it. Damn, its locked. He quickly pulled out his lock picks, he had to get the door open and the guards were coming closer, so it had to be fast...

Raythe quickly opened the door and slid in quietly. He was in a janitors closet. The guard walked past, totally unaware of Raythe's presence. One obstacle surmounted, now he had to do the rest...

Phew.. the guards were gone. he slit the door open to see if anyone was out in the hall. He didn't see anyone. He quickly got out and kept his pace through the first floor. He found the stairs. He opened the door and slid in. The first floor was easy. consisting of only 3rd rate security guards, it was fairly easy. He started to climb all the way up towards the 10th floor. It was only two floors away from the vault, because they couldnt have the stairs going all the way up could they? nah they have to make it harder for theives. He stopped short at the 8th floor, luckily he saw the bodyguard before he saw him. To make matters worst, there was a motion sensor camera right above him. What now? He saw a large chipped off piece of paint. He slowly grabbed it. What he did next had to be very swift and very silent. He had a chance because the guard was right under the camera, so if he killed him while the camera was looking at something else he could take the guards position. He threw the paint chip up the stairs, slowly enough so that the, hopefully, camera could catch its movement and stay on it. The guard looked up. Raythe ran up quietly and attempted to cover his mouth and aimed a slice at his throat......

The guard felt Raythe grab for his mouth and twisted, freeing himself. Raythe made a desperate slash at the guards throat, but the guard jumbed back. The guard grabbed his knife and lunged forward, slashing. Raythe's luck, however, was so far holding. The camera didn't notice, and no alarms had sounded.

The guard's slash went wide. His lunge brought him close to Raythe. Raythe had recovered from his first attempt, and was ready to attack.

After the guard had lunged for him, missing, Raythe attempted one more stab for each hand, turning the blades sideways, so there was less resistance to get throught the ribs and into the vital organs...

Raythe's knife entered in the side, cutting through both lungs. The guard attempted a scream, but only blood gurgled from his throat. Raythe quietly pulled the guard under a nearby bench, out of the camera's sight. He then wiped the blood off the floor.

Raythe quietly contemplated his next move, and then started forward. He had work to do.

Raythe didnt want to take his chances with the stairs again. The cameras and the guards cut it too close so he got out at the ninth floor. He needed to get to the stairs across the floor. How? A lot of luck. Opened the door, and peeked in. The floor was incredibly open. There were probably about 3 different rooms and giant hallways. Raythe had studied this floor very closely on the plans. There were cameras at all four corners of the floor and two in the middle. 6 guards were assigned to the room so if things got ugly it would be a fair fight. i need to get over to that wall over there and I might not be detected A guard passed the door and Raythe waited till he turned the corner and he dove through the hallway the the corner where the cameras couldnt see.

Raythe sprinted quietly across the giant room. He chose the time perfectly. The guards were dozing off, nearing the end of their shift.

The guard noticed Raythe running across. He pulled his gun and began to walk slowly to the corner where Raythe was hidden. Raythe was fortunate for two reasons: One, the guard was cocky and didn't call for anyone, didn't even report it. Two, Raythe saw the guard advancing, and he was ready when the guard turned the corner...

Raythe saw the guard coming, he waited till the guard turned the corner. Raythe heard the slow moving footsteps. He took a paint chip that he kept from the stairs and chucked it across the hall to distract the guard a bit, then he popped out quickly and shot his crossbow towards his chest, then quickly aimed a stab at his neck, to keep him quiet.

Twang! The crossbow went off, but went wide. Raythe dove in for a slash across the neck, but the guard ducked. The guard grinned, and stabbed at Raythe with his knife with a grunt. A nearby guard saw Raythe , and ran over, and drew his knife, attacking as he charged.
