Agent Nepal was in the third implantation group for Project Freelancer. This put him in the last stages of the Great Uprisings. Agent Nepal's AI, *****, went rampant after two weeks in Nepal's head.
The AI had to be -[security override]- deleted. Afterwards, Nepal refused the implantation of another AI, making him a prime candidate for the Recovery Agents. Nepal would not steal an AI from a recovery site, like several of the agents before.
