Important Notes: A go between for space-craft and ground craft, the Dragon is a compromise, and as such can be outperformed by pure-breeds in either element. Still very, very effective.

The Dragon-Class medium dropship is the backbone of the UC's ground forces. Fairly well armored, vacuum capable, maneuverable, and adaptable, it can be seen in all branches of the UC's military, on all UC worlds.

The Dragon fits 10 comfortably in its seats, though many more can fit inside. Tanks, jeeps, and drop pods are among the many large items it can carry externally via magnetic clamps.

The Dragon can be crewed by 1 pilot, though there may be as many as 4: a pilot, co-pilot, loadmaster, and tail gunner.

Standard armaments include a nose gun, missile pods, and a ramp gun.
